If I could add a scratch and sniff option for this photo, you'd be drooling. {although you might already be just imagining having these in your kitchen} Never fear, this sugar-free holiday recipe is here! 


1 cup raw nut mixture of your choice 

1/3 cup granulated monk fruit sugar 

1/3 cup water 

1/2 teaspoon vanilla 

healthy dash of cinnamon + himalayan pink sea salt 

heat pan over medium until hot, add in water, sea salt, cinnamon, vanilla, and sugar 

when sugar has fully melted, add nut mixture 

stir frequently until the mixture begins to crystalize 

remove from heat, spread flat 

Cool + devour
